FAQs

How much does it cost to rent a tent structure from Kontent Structures?

The price of a tent structure is always bespoke. When you make an enquiry with us, we calculate the costs based on a number of factors: the size of the tent, the desired rental period, the location, and the specific finish (such as the type of walls or flooring). As we manage production in-house, we can always offer you a competitive and transparent price without any unexpected costs afterwards.

How long does it take to set up and take down a tent?

We understand that your schedule is tight. Thanks to our experienced installation teams and efficient systems, we can have most structures fully operational within one to a few days. The exact time naturally depends on the size of the project and the accessibility of your site. During the consultation, we will provide you with a realistic estimate of the lead time immediately, so you know exactly what to expect.

Do I need a permit?

In most cases, you will need a permit or to notify the local council before erecting a tent structure. The rules for this vary from council to council and depend on how long the tent will remain in place and what you are using it for. We would be happy to advise you on this and can, if desired, provide the necessary tent documentation and technical drawings to ensure your permit application runs smoothly.

Tent structures can be erected on many different surfaces.

You can have our tents set up on almost any surface. Whether asphalt, concrete, bricks or grass; we have the right anchoring method for every situation. Are you dealing with an uneven surface? No problem. With our heavy-duty floors or system floors, we create a perfectly flat and stable base for your event or storage area.

Can Kontent Structures tents withstand extreme weather?

Yes, you can rest assured when it comes to our structures. All our tents comply with the strictest European safety standards and the Dutch Building Decree. They are calculated for high wind loads and snow pressure. We exclusively use high-quality materials and certified tarpaulins that are flame-retardant, ensuring the safety of your guests or goods under all circumstances.

Can you also rent the tent structures for the long term?

Absolutely. With their robust aluminium construction, our structures are ideally suited for long-term use, ranging from a few months to many years. This makes it an ideal solution when you are looking for a semi-permanent extension to your warehouse, a temporary showroom or extra workspace. You benefit from the flexibility of renting, with the quality of a permanent building.
