What special and/or sensitive personal data do we process?
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have consent from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. if you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us. We will then delete this information or work with you to find another solution to the problem.
For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process personal data?
Kontent Structures processes your personal data for the following purposes:
To be able to call you if this is necessary for us to provide our services and answer your questions.
- To provide you with a suitable quote.
- Kontent Structures analyses your website behaviour to improve our website and tailor our range of products and services to your preferences.
- For marketing purposes. Your data may be used for our newsletter, provided you have given your consent.
Automated decision-making
Kontent Structures does not make decisions based on automated processing that can have (significant) consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions made by computer programs or systems, without human intervention (for example, by an employee of Kontent Structures). Kontent Structures uses the following computer programs or systems:

How long do we keep personal data?
Kontent Structures will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following personal data:
- First and last name : 1 year : for settlement and marketing purposes
- Address data : 1 year : for settlement
- Telephone number: 1 year: for settlement
- E-mail address : 1 year : for marketing purposes
- IP address : 2 years : to optimise our website and for marketing purposes
- Data about your activities on our website : 2 years : to optimise our website and for marketing purposes
Sharing personal data with third parties
Kontent Structures does not sell your data to third parties and only discloses it if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Kontent Structures remains responsible for this processing.
Measuring web statistics
Kontent Structures uses Google Analytics to measure web statistics. Google Analytics is a service provided by Google. For Google Analytics, analytical cookies are placed on the website. Above in the diagram you can see which cookies Google Analytics uses. Through these cookies, we are able to improve the quality and effectiveness of our website. If 4 important privacy points as set out by Google Analytics are met, it is not necessary to ask explicit permission to use these analytical cookies. The points below have been adapted by Kontent Structures for the use of Google Analytics:
- A processor agreement has been concluded with Google Analytics.
- Google Analytics is set up to take your privacy into account. Your digital data, such as your ip address, are displayed anonymously as much as possible. The last digits of your ip address are not visible.
- No data is shared with Google Analytics. This option is often set automatically, however, at Kontent Structures we have disabled it.
- You will be informed about the use of Google Analytics on our website.
View, amend, or delete data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Kontent Structures, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@kontent-structures.com. To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Kontent Structures would also like to inform you that you have the opportunity to submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Personal Data Authority.
