Client: CX Racing Rucphen
The assignment: The organisation of the Dutch National Cyclocross Championships considers it of great importance that visitors to the event experience a memorable time. They wish to create a separate and unique space for VIP guests, sponsors, and the press. To achieve this unique experience, they would like to set up a tented accommodation that has a view of the race, offers opportunities for food and drink, and is easily accessible for guests.
Result / solution
For the Dutch National Cyclo-cross Championships in Rucphen, Kontent Structures A VIP accommodation structure was erected, measuring 20 metres wide by 85 metres long. During the event, the marquee served as a VIP, sponsor, and press area. A large section of the marquee's construction featured glass wall panels, and the tent was also fitted with carpeting on the floor. The glass walls on a significant portion of the marquee provided guests with a perfect view of the Cyclo-cross National Championships. This created a unique experience for the event's guests. The tent accommodation was also heated by means of a heating system.
