Situation
Due to the acute housing shortage, 1200 status holders must be accommodated in large-scale, temporary emergency housing in the short term.
Result / solution
In the period of March and April Kontent Structures On behalf of the client, a crisis emergency shelter was realised to temporarily house 1200 status holders. We constructed the shelter from combined ES225 Aluminium hall. Every hall offers amenities for residents, such as large common areas, compartmentalised bedrooms, sanitary facilities, kitchens and laundry rooms. All halls are connected via a ‘corridor’ 190m in length. The emergency shelter is fully insulated. The crisis emergency shelter will remain in place until November 2023.
