Situation
Due to a growing stock and a lack of storage space, the client in Nidda requires a permanent, climate-controlled storage hall to ensure the quality of the goods.
Result / solution
In German Nidda, Kontent Structures a permanent storage hall was realised. Due to a lack of storage, the customer could no longer accommodate their growing stock. Kontent Structures shaped the client's spatial needs with a custom-built hall structure.
This 600m2 warehouse is fully insulated with anthracite sandwich panels for the roof, walls, and facade, which helps to ensure the quality of the stock. Furthermore, the climate control system and the smoke and heat ventilation (RWA) ensure that the atmosphere in this warehouse is carefully regulated. The facade of the structure has been set back 5 metres, creating a canopy where the client can prepare their goods for transport or storage.
