This allowed distribution to continue.
Situation
Due to internal renovations and a rearrangement of the distribution centre, Hema temporarily requires extra, directly connected storage capacity to continue operations without interruption.
Result / solution
On behalf of Modern BV, Kontent Structures the Hema with a temporary expansion of their distribution centre. Due to an internal renovation and reorganisation of the premises, the client has a temporary Storage tent Placed. For this temporary space, 3 tent structures have been deployed with the following dimensions: 5 x 60m – 10 x 15m – 15 x 15m. Because this temporary storage space is directly attached to the company building, a special steel plate has been used to create a neat passage to the building. Additionally, an inner wall of framing, sheeting, and plasterboard has been installed in the tent accommodations to enhance the insulating effect.
