The assignmentThe client requested a second semi-permanent tent accommodation for heat treatments against pests. This has now been put into use for vehicles intended for export.
Situation
Due to the continued growth of their specialist pest control and fumigation activities, EWS-Group in Antwerp requires a second, additionally insulated storage location with maximum logistical accessibility.
Result / solution
Kontent Structures has once again provided the EWS Group from Antwerp with a new Semi-permanent tent accommodation A 15 x 30m warehouse. In 2019, we had the privilege of installing the first structure, and recently, the second was erected a stone's throw away. EWS specialises in all forms of pest control, fumigation, gas measurements, ventilation, and bio-treatments of goods, with its headquarters in the Netherlands and branches in various European countries.
Fundamentally, we have our WS 225 as tent accommodation, which we have additionally insulated. To meet the needs of EWS, who wanted to achieve efficient vehicle movements, just as in 2019, we have again fitted both gable ends with spacious automatic overhead doors. No fewer than 6 in total! Three overhead doors expertly mounted next to each other in each gable end. Two smaller tents, serving as canopies, have been placed to the left and right of the main accommodation, naturally in the same style so as to guarantee uniformity.
In just 4 days, we were able to build this beautiful tent accommodation and look back on this project with pride. This was partly due to our collaboration with EWS, which we always find to be very pleasant.
