The cassette floor is the ideal solution when you are looking for a floor that is not only functional but also provides a representative appearance. Thanks to the handy panels that click into a solid frame, you can create a smooth and stable subfloor for your tent structure in a short space of time.

This system is particularly suitable for locations where heavy machinery, such as a forklift, cannot access. As the elements can be laid manually by two people, they offer maximum flexibility during construction.

Construction

High-grade aluminium. European anodised, extremely strong and fully corrosion-resistant.

Roof lining

Choice of translucent PVC sheeting (620 g/m²) or opaque PVC sheeting (750 g/m²). European certified, UV-resistant and flame-retardant according to international standards (DIN 4102-B1).

Rod systems

Choice of flexible PVC tarpaulins, plastic panels, glass walls or insulated sandwich panels. The structure can be fitted with single or double personnel doors.

Anchoring & Safety

At Kontent Structures, we guarantee a storm-proof setup for every accommodation. Our tents and halls meet the NEN-EN 13782 standard as standard and can withstand wind speeds of up to 100 km/h (enhanced to 120 km/h on request).Depending on the ground surface and your project location, we will apply the most effective anchoring:
  • Driving stakes: For robust anchoring 100 cm long in soft ground.
  • Concrete anchors: For a direct and rock-solid fastening to your paved floor.
  • Ballast blocks: Heavy concrete blocks (750 kg or 1250 kg) when you do not want or are not allowed to damage the ground.
  • Heavy-duty flooring: For maximum stability, we connect your tent structure directly to the floor.

Hiring from Kontent Structures offers you the ultimate flexibility to scale up quickly without needing to make a large investment upfront. We deliver and assemble our accommodations throughout Europe, taking care of the entire process from transport to dismantling.

This way, you always have the right capacity at the right moment, whether that's for a few months or for several years.

First rent and then buy definitively?

Are you still unsure if the extra space will be needed long-term at your UK or international location?

With our ‘rent to buy’ option, you retain all your freedom: you start with the flexibility of renting and only decide on the final purchase of the accommodation later.

It's good to know that with a usage period of 2.5 years and over, it's often more cost-effective to choose to buy rather than rent.

What is the difference between renting and selling tents?

The main difference is in duration of use and investment. Renting is ideal for temporary projects, events or seasonal storage shortages. You enjoy maximum flexibility without a large upfront investment. Buying is a long-term, sustainable investment. You then own the hall, which is more financially attractive when the structure stays in the same location for years.

Is it possible to both rent and buy a property?

Yes, we offer maximum flexibility. You can choose short-term rental (for events), long-term rental (for temporary storage) or full purchase. With rental, you enjoy flexibility without a large investment, while buying is often more advantageous for permanent locations in the long term.

How quickly can a tent or hall be erected?

Thanks to our extensive stock and in-house assembly teams, we can often begin construction within a few days of agreement. The exact assembly time depends on the size of the structure; a standard pagoda tent can be erected in a few hours, while building a large industrial hall can take several days.

Can the structures withstand extreme weather conditions?

Absolute. Our tents and halls are calculated according to the current Eurocode standards for wind and snow loads. This means that the structures are extremely stable and can be used safely all year round, regardless of the season.

Do you build on any surface?

Yes, we can build on virtually any surface. Whether it's asphalt, concrete, paving stones, or unpaved ground such as grass or sand; we ensure the correct anchoring. For delicate surfaces or heavy loads, we often advise the use of our own heavy-duty flooring.

Is it possible to extend or adapt the hall afterwards?

That is one of the biggest advantages of our modular system. Our halls, like the WSI series, are extendable in length without limitation. Do you need more space after a year? We then simply add extra frames. The installation of extra doors or insulation can also often be arranged retrospectively.
