During an oil leak at Hoek van Holland, a shelter was required to deal with injured birds.
Information
Due to an oil leak near Hoek van Holland, many birds became soiled with oil. To save and clean the birds an emergency shelter was required. Initially, we installed a clear-span structure measuring 20 by 40 meters. Due to numerous birds in need of help, we installed an additional structure measuring 10 by 40 meters, the next day. The first structure was installed within 24 hours, allowing the client to quickly begin helping and cleaning the affected birds.
